Director of Sales - US
Responsible for carrier/tenant contact, identifying all leasing opportunities on client assets and new build opportunities, and negotiating, executing, managing and closing all new/modification collocation projects.
Job Functions:

  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives, managing a team of sales managers in the United States
  • Identify new business opportunities with all prospective tenants for client's assets through contacts, research, cold calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Actively market all existing and projected client's assets to carriers and other prospective tenants within established markets/geographic boundaries
  • Initiate and coordinate the collocation application process with the customer through obtaining and completing all information and documentation required and provide to Lease Administrator, negotiating and finalizing the tenant lease, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for client's and the customer
  • With the support of the Lease Administrator and Sales Managers, complete the collocation process through final site inspection for each collocation project
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships by identifying requirements; anticipating and resolving problems which may include attending development meetings
  • Monitor and communicate metrics with tracking tools and reports as required including updating sales activity weekly and providing forecasts
  • Initiate and conduct necessary meetings to keep project on schedule and within budget with early problem resolution
  • Identify and follow through on any new build opportunities with customers including performing or coordinating initial site acquisition activities, inputting and providing all data and forms to generate decision making, closing the deal with the customer, and close out as required
  • Gather and provide to the company and peers information from the industry and field that can be used positively for pricing, acquisitions, forecasts, and other activities affecting our business
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers to develop a strategic plan

Job Requirements


  • Experience selling to US. Mobile carriers a must!
  • Minimum four-year college degree. Masters’ degree preferred
  • 10 years related industry and sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Tower Infrastructure site leasing experience a distinct plus
  • Deep understanding of carriers's infrastructure and technology
  • Great on KPI and reporting
  • Experience and relationships in the Industry a plus
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture
  • Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual
  • Strategic thinker and partner with positive attitude and high energy
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic organization
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Disciplined, organized, and thorough individual who is a self-starter
  • Demonstrated mastery balancing multiple tasks, project management skills
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
  • South Florida candidates highly preferable, but a remote position will be considered for the right candidate
  • Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
    • Position will work in a combination of field and office environments.
    • Position will involve extensive travel.
